It is learnt that Tollywood mass hero Ravi Teja has applied for a licence to carry a personnel
revolver. Although, he has no enemies in the industry, his application puts the police officials on high alert expecting some trouble inside the industry.
They have observed that, Ravi Teja is not at all needed a revolver, but it is his younger brother who is doing real estate business is the one who is seeking his brother’s help in procuring a revolver. Police think twice before issuing such licenses to film personals after the fire case of Tollywood hero Balakrishna and producer Bellam Konda Suresh.
Earlier, it remains a fashion in the film industry to carry a revolver, and police used to issue licences to film personals, because there were no misuse cases since last several years. But, the BK-Bellamkonda case makes them think twice before issuing licenses to the film personals.
In, Ravi Teja’s case he may not misuse it, but there is probability of misuse by his younger brother who is in real estate business.
