Court Summons issued to Nayantara and Prabhu Deva

In the legal battle between actor-choreographer Prabhu Deva and his wife Latha Ramalath, the Chennai Family Court summoned Prabhu Deva and actress Nayantara to appear before the court on October 19.

The couple has not attended the court today @11.30am as it’s the time given to them to appear in front of the judge.

Based on their absenteeism to the court. the judged has asked the ‘Nadigar Sangam’ to issue summons to the actress as she is not seen for some time. The court has again ordered Nayantara and Prabhu Deva to appear in the court on November 23, 2010.According to the latest gossip it’s been heard that the actress took part in shooting for an ad commercial recently.
