Pawan Kalyan to sport stylish look for The Shadow

Power Star Pawan Kalyan is gearing up to sport a much stylish look for his forthcoming film The Shadow in the direction of ace film-maker Vishnuvardhan. Director Vishnuvardhan and co-producer Shobu Yarlagadda are in plans to scout the locales in Kolkata to capture the first schedule of this stylish action entertainer.

Sarah Jane Dial will romance Pawan Kalyan in the film by debuting in Tollywood. The second female lead of the film is yet to be finalized by the film-makers and Yuvan Shankar Raja has been roped in to score the music. Arka Media and Sanghamithra Productions will jointly produce the movie. The Shadow is gearing up to roll its camera from 15th April.

Pawan’s The Shadow to commence from 15th April

Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s new film The Shadow is all set to start rolling its camera from 15^th April. Being directed by Kollywood director Vishnuvardhan, Pawan Kalyan will be seen as a don in the film with a mafia backdrop.

Sarah Jane Dias has grabbed the opportunity to pair up with Pawan Kalyan as a female lead in this stylish action entertainer while second female lead is not yet confirmed by the film-makers. Yuvan Shankar Raja is scoring the tunes. Pawan Kalyan will also simultaneously shoot for Gabbar Singh, which is the remake of Dabangg in the direction of Harish Shankar along with The  Shadow.

On the other hand, Pawan’s Teenmaar is getting ready to hit the big-screens in the second week of April.

Vishnuvardhan Chooses Pawan Kalyan over Ajith

Telugumovienews.info has earlier updated that director Vishnuvardhan is directing a new film in Telugu with Power Star Pawan Kalyan with a title The Shadow. On the other hand Vishnuvardhan has also earlier signed up Tamil Billa 2 with Ajith and now both these films are slated to hit the sets at the same time and Vishnuvardhan has left Billa-2.

Vishnuvardan might have found it difficult to handle two mega projects at a time, so he finally walked out of Billa-2 project for Pawan Kalyan’s ‘The Shadow’. Instead, Billa-2 will be directed by Chakri Toleti of Eenadu fame. As of now, Pawan Kalyan’s fans might be happy for Vishnu’s dedication towards their favorite star’s film.

Pawan Kalyan, Vishnuvardan film to hit the floors from March

It is known that Pawan Kalyan has signed a film under the kollywood director Vishnuvardhan. Now, the movie is all set to move to floors from the month of March. Sanghamitra Arts and Arca Media Works will jointly produce this film.

The producers of the film, Shobu and Neelima released a press note which says, “The script has already been finalized for the film, which is going to be stylish action entertainer and it has two heroines. A newcomer has already been selected as one of the heroine."

The film has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja, dialogues by Abburi Ravi and cinematography by PS Vinod.

Legendary Kannada Actor Vishnuvardhan Died of a Heart Attack

Legendary Kannada actor Vishnuvardhan died of a heart attack at his home in Mysore. He was 59 years old. Schools, colleges in Bangalore will remain closed today as a mark of respect.

He developed breathing problems at about 0230 hrs IST on Wednesday and he was immediately taken to a private hospital where he breathed his last.

According to hospital sources, he died at around 0300 hrs IST on Wednesday.

All schools and colleges in Karnataka will remain closed on Wednesday as per Chief Minister BS Yeddyurappa's orders as a mark of respect for Vishnuvardhan.

Security has been stepped up in Bangalore following the actor's death. Police have set up road blocks around Vishnuvardhan's residence to check the flow of fans.

Vishnuvardhan was popularly referred to as the Phoenix of Kannada cinema. He is survived by his Bharati who is also a popular actress, and two adopted daughters, Keerthi and Chandana.

In 2005 Vishnuvardhan was awarded honorary doctorate by Bangalore University.

He acted in 199 films, won 7 Filmfare Awards and many state government awards. He was also involved in public service and welfare activities of the film world.
