Story:

Raj (Sumanth) and Mythali (Priya Mani) will get engaged as decided by their families. Mythali will be very happy for this alliance. After the engagement, Raj falls in love with Priya (Vimala Raman) in some mysterious situation and decides to marry her. All of sudden one day Priya is found missing and Raj gets married to Mythali according to his father’s word. Being seriously in love Priya he doesn’t maintain any closeness with Mythali. Many days after getting married, Raj forgets his love and tries to get close with Mythali. When this happens to take place, all of a sudden he finds Priya. He comes to know that Priya left him due to some obstacles. Mythali who comes to know about this misunderstands Raj. How Raj saves Priya from her problems? Will he get back Mythali in his life or marries Priya makes the crux of the story.

Performances:

Sumanth is good in the role of. He is excelled a lot in stunt sequences and especially his chemistry with Priya Mani and Vimala Raman in the songs it outstanding.

Priya Mani plays her parts with confidence and looked glamorous all through the film. Her performance is just like earlier films and no improvement is found.

Vimala Raman still needs to improve her acting skills to make her foundation strong in the industry.

Comedy evoked by Ali and Srinivas Reddy is passable.

 Technical Aspects:

The basic plot of Raaj is just like some earlier triangular love stories films in Telugu. V. N Aditya direction of the film is adequate as he made nothing fresh to bring in some uniqueness. The screenplay should have been better. Music by Koti is okay. Action sequences are conceivable and were shot well.

Analysis:

It’s like an old wine in an old bottle as nothing is appealing. Find plus points in the film and win a free International trip as more of negatives were found. On the flipside, the first half should have been made in a more interesting way and second half is very boring and was really dragged like a serial. The comedy sequences were not properly handled. On a whole, Raaj is a below average flick.

Sumanth starrer Raaj gets U/A Ceritificate from Censor

Sumanth starrer Raaj is slated for a release on 18th March. The first copy of the film was submitted to the censor Board and has received U/A certification with few cuts. Raaj is a triangular love story with ample romance and mass elements and casts Priyamani and Vimala Raman in the female leads.

The leading ladies have done ample skin show in the film and Sumanth has done the intimate lip-lock scenes with both Vimala and Priyamani. Raaj is directed by V.N.Aditya and produced by Kumar Brothers on Kumar Brothers Cinema banner. The lead actors of the film Sumanth, Vimala and Priyamani are waiting to score a hit from long time. Well, let’s wait to see if they receive the much needed hit with Raaj.

Sumanth's Raaj postponed to March

The release of Sumanth’s new film Raaj in the direction of V N Aditya is postponed from 25^th February to first week of March. The movie is yet to complete its post-production activities and as a result, the release date is postponed.

Raaj is touted as a triangular love story in which Priyamani and Vimala Raman are playing the female leads. Kumar Brothers are producing the film on Kumar Brothers Cinema banner and Koti composed the music. The audio is already out in market.

Bramhanandam, Sayaji Shinde, Ali, Venu Madhav, Giri Babu, Ajay, Telangana Shakunthala will be seen in the supporting roles in the film.

Sumanth’s Raaj gets its release date

Sumanth's new film 'Raaj' under the direction of V.N.Aditya has almost wrapped up its post-production works and is gearing up for its release on 25^th February. Raaj is touted as a romantic action entertainer with a triangular love story.

Sumanth plays the role of a fashion photographer in the film. Priyamani and Vimala Raman are playing the female leads in the film. Rakta Charitra 2 Confirmed on Dec 3rd

We are aware that Ram Gopal Varma’s ‘Rakta Charitra 1’ was released last month and was successful.

After the success of Part 1, the audience’s expectations for the Part 2 have raised high. In order to bring quality film in front of the audience, there was a delay in post production works due to which the release date of Part 2 also got postponed from November last week to December 3rd.

Informing this to the media C Kalyan said, “We thank the media and the audience for rendering their support in the success of ‘Rakta Charitra’. Part 2 of ‘Rakta Charitra’ would thrill the audience more than that of Part 1. Ram Gopal Varma has designed the Part 2 in a new dimension. I’m very confident that the Part 2 would become a bigger hit. The film will have a grand opening on December 3rd. The audience have already seen Vivek Oberoi’s outstanding performance in the Part 1. Now they are going to see Surya’s remarkable performance in the second part of the film. Alongside Surya, Priyamani also played her role excellently. There are neither heroes nor villains in this film. The audience will see only the characters and the situations. The second part has many heart wrenching scenes.”

With Vivek Oberoi, Surya, Radhika Apte and Priyamani in central roles, ‘Rakta Charitra’ is jointly produced by Madhu Mantena, Chinna Vasudeva Reddy, Raj Kumar and Sheetal Vinod Talwar.

Nagarjuna’s ‘Ragada’ music launch on Nov 29th!

Nagarjuna’s forthcoming film, ‘Ragada’ is in the final leg of shooting. The makers of the film has earlier announced the release date as 17^th, December and to meet the deadline of this date, the team members are making their best in completing the shooting part.

Meanwhile, the producer of the film, D.Siva Prasad Reddy is planning to launch the audio grandly on November 29^th at Silpa Kala Vedika Hyderabad. Few top celebrities form tinsel town are expected to attend the event. Ragada is being directed by Veeru Potla. Nagarjuna will be seen romancing Priyamani and Anushka in the film. Kamakshi Kala Movies will present the film. The film is being touted as a commercial entertainer with all the necessary elements of comedy, action and romance.

RGV, Suriya to launch Rakta Charitra2 audio today!

RGV and Suriya are going to launch the audio of the second part of ‘Rakta Charitra’ today at 7 PM in Hyderabad. Apart from Varma and Surya, Priyamani is likely to attend the event. The music for the film is given by Dharam-Sandeep. RGV has created a new trend by releasing the BGM (background music) of the first part after it earned a positive impact.

It is known that the first part has already seen success although released with few controversies. Varma has been promoting Rakta Charitra 2 from quite some time in the social networking site, Twitter.

The movie is produced by Madhu Mantena, Sheetal Vinod Talwar, Chinna Vasudeva Reddy and Rajkumar under the banner of Cynergy Movies. Rakta Charitra 2 is likely to hit the screens on December 3^rd.

Raktha Charitra-2 to hit the screenson Nov 26th

Raktha Charitra is a two-part film based on the life of Paritala Ravindra, directed by Ram Gopal Varma. The film features Vivek Oberoi in the role reprising Ravindra, and Surya as Suri, who will appear predominantly in the second part.

Raktha Charitra-1 which was released recently is accepted in a positive manner by all and especially people of Ananthapur.RGV with the same spirit announced the release date of Raktha Charitra-2.The film will be hitting the screens November 26th.

As the total flick is for 4 hours RGV decided to release the film in two parts. The second part of the film is the backbone of the story as it carries the complete story of the real life situation. RGV’s contentious film Rakta Charitra received incredible response at the box office. After the release RGV faced protests from TDP on portraying NTR in Negative shades. On pushing back all these RC made its remarkable collections at the box office.

Recently on screen Paritala Ravi (Vivek Oberoi) visited Anantapur.He met Paritala Suneetha, wife of Paritala Ravi, spent some time with them and had a meal with the family. Rakta Charitra-1 has been accepted by the people of Anantapur and they were happy to see the role their leader on the screen.

On screen Paritala Ravi visits Suneetha

The on screen Paritala Ravi, Vivek Oberoi had visited Anantapur today.Vivek visited mausoleum of Ravi at Venkatapuram and offered flowers. The villagers who are happy to see Vivek lifted up and raised him. The actor had a grand welcome to village.

Later Vivek met Paritala Suneetha, wife of Paritala Ravi, spent some time with them and had his meal with the  family.Vivek received a memento from Paritala Suneetha family.

The people in the village said that Vivek portrayed the role excellently and we felt as if we are seeing our leader again. The fans of Paritala Ravi further said that if the second part of the film portrays Ravi in any of the negative shades the screening of the film will be stopped.

According to the sources of the all the woods, if Ravi is seen as hero in first part, than the second part will make Maddalacheruvu Suri as a hero, as he killed Ravi.

RGV had already removed few scenes from first part due the protest from NTR family and TDP, for purportedly screening NTR negatively. The first part itself created a lot of protest and releasing the second part will be a big challenge for RGV.

RGV removes NTR scenes in Rakta Charitra

Rakta Charitra which was released on Friday is turning around all controversies. The film had done editing of some scenes which are marking the character analogous to N.T. Rama Rao.

RGV who received a lot of protest from former chief minister’s family and the Telugu Desam party decide to remove the scenes from the film. The scenes were deleted with immediate course of action says co-producer of the movie C.Kalyan. Rakta Charitra was a trilingual film, featured Shatrughan Sinha, which is an indirect portrayal of NTR.The story is of the rival between two faction families Paritala Ravindra and G. Suryanarayana also known as Maddalacheruvu Suri.

The protest was severe that the TDP members started burning and tearing of Raktha Charitra banners and wall posters, in the places where the film is screening.
