Krishnudu’s ‘Amayakudu’ in August!

Krishnudu, who came up with the movies “Vinayakudu” and its sequel “Village lo Vianayakudu” is now gearing up to come before the audience as ‘Amayakudu’ in the first half of August.Tamil director Bharathi Ganesh is directing the movie, while Balamurugan is making the flick under Octagan movies banner. Avakaya Biryani fame Manikanta kadri is composing music for the film.The film would be a combination of comedy, love and sentiment.

Poonam Singaar, Raksha, Geetha Singh, Sita, Charan Raj, and Rao Ramesh are among the cast. Camera is handled by Jayaram.

Hero Krishnudu said, “There are different shades, a good lover, a good son and a good person, to the character but it is among the funniest characters I have ever played. I am positive that this movie will be liked by all.”

Ravi Teja’s ‘Don Seenu’ censored!

Crazy star Ravi Teja’s yet to release latest film ‘Don Seenu’ is in its final preparations and getting ready for its release on August 6^th. The film went to censor board yesterday and was certified with U/A after having two minor cuts. The movie is going to release all over the world with more than 300 prints. The film has been creating much hype among the audiences as it is having Shriya Saran coming back to Telugu screen after long gap. Anjana Sukhani will be playing the second heroine in the film. The other supporting cast and crew includes Srihari, Shayaji Shinde, Brahmanandam, Sunil, Ali, Krishna Bhagawan, Raghu Babu, Nazar and Kausalya.

Gopichand Malineni, who earlier worked with Srinu Vytla and other directors, is going to make his debut as a director with this film.

Nikhil’s new film titled ‘Platform No.4’!

It was already reported to our viewers that the handsome actor Nikhil of ‘Happy Days’ fame has bagged a new offer under prestigious Suresh Productions banner.The latest news is that the film has tentatively titled as ‘Platform No.4’ and the official announcement will be made soon.

Movie Moghul Ramanaidu’s Suresh Productions is producing this movie under the direction of Chandra Mahesh who had directed movies like ‘Preyasi Raave’ starring Srikanth and ‘Hanumanthu’ with Sri Hari earlier. Good looking actress Madhurima is pairing with Nikhil in this film. The film will kick start it’s shooting from August 16^th and will wind up in single schedule.

Will ‘Komaram Puli’ release on August 18th?

It looks like power star Pawan Kalyan’s long waited much hyped forthcoming film ‘Komaram Puli’ release date is again getting delayed and making his fans to wait some more days and little disappoint.

Before it was said that the film will be hitting the screens on Aug a2th and now the latest news is that it is going to hit the theatres on Aug 18^th.The post production works which are progressing in Hyderabad and Chennai simultaneously have been taking more time than expected and making the movie release much delay.

On the other hand, the producers are making lots of efforts to release the movie surely by 18^th as further delay will make the audience to loss interest as Rajnikanth’s ‘Robo’, Mahesh Babu’s ‘Khaleja’ and Jr. NTR’s ‘Brindavanam’ getting ready for release in September.

Nikisha Patel is playing the female lead in the film while Shriya Saran is doing an item song which is increasing craze about the film. Binod Pradhan is the cinematographer and Vijayan is the fight master. It is directed by SJ Surya, who earlier directed ‘Khushi’ and is produced by Singanamala Ramesh and AR Rahman has composed the music.The makers of the film are planning to release the film world wide with highest number of prints. The film revolves around the story of a police-officer.

NTR’s ‘Shakti’ completes shooting in Kulu Manali!

Jr. NTR who is quite busy for some days with the shooting of his latest film ‘Shakti’ in Kulu Manali has recently completed his schedule there and moving to Haridwar to have two days schedule from tomorrow. He will back to Hyderabad on August 5^th after finishing the shooting in Haridwar.

NTR tweeted, “Done with my tiring days in manali…gonna shift to haridwar tom…will shoot there for two days…then back to hyd on the 5th.”

‘Shakti’ is said to be a high budget socio fantasy flick directed by Meher Ramesh of ‘Kantri’ fame and produced by Ashwini Dutt under Vyjayanthi Movies banner. Ileana is playing the female lead opposite NTR.The film has music by Mani Sharma, dialogues by Satyanand, Photography by Sameer Reddy and story by Yendamuri Veerendranath.The movie is expected to release in the month of December.

‘Aunty Uncle Nandagopal’ releasing on August 13th!

Vadde Naveen’s new flick ‘Aunty Uncle Nandagopal’ has completed its shooting part as well as all the formalities and finally gearing up for its release on August 13^th.The movie is being directed by DVK Nageswara Rao and is being produced by C Gopala Krishna under the banner, Jayakrishna Creations. The film has dialogues by Marudhuri Raja and cinematography by Thota M Naidu.Vandematharam Srinivas is scoring the music for the film. New comer Lakshana is playing the female lead opposite Vadde Naveen.

Other supporting star cast includes Sadika, Lakshmana, Brahmanandam, Kota Srinivas Rao, Krishna Baghawan, Dharmavarapu Subrahmaniam, Thanikella Bharani, Kondavalasa, Hema, MS Narayana.

‘Ranga The Donga’ Audio on August 19th!

The handsome hero Srikanth and gorgeous beauty Vimal Raman starrer latest forthcoming flick ‘Ranga the Donga’ audio is all set to hit the music stands on august 19^th. The film is directed by Sudhakar Naidu (GV) and produced by CR Manohar under Golden Films and God Father Film’s banners. The film has finished almost completed its shooting part except for 2 songs. Of the two left over songs one will be shot from August 4^th while the second will be shot from 10th onwards. The film has music composed by Chakri and cinematography by Poornakandru.

On speaking about the role of Srikanth in the film, producer Manohar said “He is a thief, who intends to show variety in each crime. To catch hold of him, a lady cop is appointed. But, without knowing each others identity, they fall in love. What happens next would form a hilarious entertainer.”

He also mentioned that Vimala Raman, along with adding glamour to her character will also have equal weightage to perform according to the story line.

The other cast and crew of the film includes Bhunvaneshwari, Taslima, Jayaprakash Reddy, Sakuntala, Sivaji Raja and others.

Nagarjuna under Chandra Siddartha’s direction!

It looks like Yuvasamrat Nagarjuna is nodding her head to what ever the offer comes in his way now. He will be busy in coming years as he has hand full of offers. He has already agreed to do a film with Gautham Menon, a socio fantasy flick under Srinivas Reddy’s direction, and under Krishna Vamsi’s direction along with his dad and son. He has already been busy with Veeru Potla’s movie which is under production. On the other hand, his film ‘Gaganam’ under Radha Mohan’s direction and Dil Raju’s production is going to release soon.

The latest news is that the hero has also signed up one more new project under Chandra Siddartha’s direction. Inside sources say that Nagarjuna who was impressed with the story lines of his earlier directorial ‘Aa Naluguru’ and ‘Andari Banduvaya’ asked the director to write a script for his film also. This new project is likely to go on sets once Nag completes Veeru Potla’s film.
